across office, industrial, retail, hotel, entertainment and other property types. Our in-house capabilities in underwriting, lease structuring, asset management and build-to-suit
construction serve as competitive advantages as we seek out attractive risk-adjusted opportunities.
The net lease portfolio is primarily comprised of properties we own and lease to single creditworthy tenants where the properties are subject to long-term leases. We seek to target
corporate customers with facilities that are critical to their ongoing business.
The portfolio is well-diversified by geography and property type. With a weighted average remaining lease term of approximately 12 years and fixed and CPI-indexed rent bumps, it is a
source of stable, long-term and inflation-hedged cash flow.
