	Real Estate Markets Research Manager Work collaboratively with the Origination and Asset Management teams across the entire firm providing real estate market research to support the underwriting of new transactions or managing existing assets. 	Investment Analyst Works in two to three person deal teams among a small, experienced acquisition staff that specializes in structuring investments from a diverse pipeline of large transactions requiring varying degrees of real estate and corporate credit risk assessment. The analyst must accept a high degree of responsibility in a unique transaction process that employs proprietary investment theory to originate profitable transactions and optimize risk-adjusted returns. Key qualification including strong analytic, financial and communication skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions from market research, site visits, financial models, published reports and conversations with borrowers. The analyst should be self-motivated and possess the self-confidence to articulate and defend recommendations and question those of others.
